DHL is the fastest service worldwide. Parcels will take anywhere from 4-7 working days worldwide... We strongly recommend this service. Takes around 2 weeks realistically, some will get their parcels much faster.

Every country has different taxes and duties, some do some don’t. PLEASE NOTE: We do not cover your country taxes. Please check your country taxes if you are unsure before ordering..

NEW CLOTHING DROP

New drops will take 2-5 business days extra to ship due to bulk orders. Also Christmas period and any large sales. But you can contact us at anytime at Customer Assistance to see how close your orders is away :).

WARRANTY

Comes under manufacturing faults, not a damaged product. If you damage the product we cannot warranty it. If the product has a problem due to manufacturing we can warranty you and replace that product or give you a store credit . We don’t cover broken zips unless they arrive broken when they arrive.

If you do have a warranty by manufacturing defect we will give you a store credit to the value of your purchase or exchange the product given. We clothing we give 3mths after purchase for any manufacturing problems.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Merchandise Refunds must be returned to us for all international orders in its original condition within ( 28 ) days. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.

We can only Refund once the item is returned to us, we cannot refund any items if they delayed in transit. The item must be declared lost in transit to issue a refund.

The money comes out in Australian Dollars and your bank will exchange our currency to yours automatically, that also goes for the refunds. We refund what you paid in Australian Dollars.

Please NOTE: For Refunds the item must be sent back to us and we do not cover the shipping.

EXCHANGE

We will send you out your exchange for FREE . NOTE : You will need to cover the cost to send the item back to us and for Refunds as well.

Free exchange within Australia, we cover the cost for size change within our country.

NOTE: Refunds within Australia must be sent back to us.

Items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories. No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, washed, or soiled.

If you wish to have an item exchanged for a different size, please include clear instructions on which size you require in your return.
